YOUR ROLEAs a Strategy and Transformation Consultant, you will support Capgemini clients in innovating and developing new strategies, services, and products. You will design and implement new business and operating models, helping shape the organizations of the future. Your work will be grounded in customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives, with a strong focus on Finance Transformation, particularly within the Record-to-Report (R2R) domain. YOUR TASKSParticipate in finance transformation projects, supporting Transformation Managers in delivering project outcomes.Contribute to initiatives such as:Support workshops focused on Target Operating Model and Process Design, documenting decisions and solutions.Provide process and technology improvement recommendations to guide clients through their transformation journey.Collaborate with Client Subject Matter Experts to complete deliverables.Stay updated on technological developments and suggest relevant improvements.YOUR PROFILEMinimum 3 years of experience in R2R accounting with strong process knowledge.Fluent English skills (C1 level)Proven experience in process documentation (flows, narratives, SOPs, control frameworks).Demonstrated mindset for continuous improvement and innovation.Experience in client-facing activities (workshops, presentations, trainings).Knowledge of at least one ERP system: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWell-being culture: medical care with Medicover, private life insurance, and Sports card.
