You will manage workstreams, run workshops with business teams, and contribute to designing new processes and ways of working. This role gives you autonomy to lead, collaborate with senior consultants, and guide junior colleagues while delivering tangible results. You’ll see the direct impact of your work and help organizations evolve, all while building your consulting and project delivery skills.
