YOUR ROLEWe are looking for motivated Automation QA Engineer to join our new development team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our telecommunications software solutions through the design and implementation of automated testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering high-quality, maintainable software products. You’ll collaborate closely with developers and manual QA engineers to identify issues early, automate repetitive test cases, and help build world-class telecom systems that meet the highest industry standards.YOUR TASKSConduct system-level testing to validate software functionality, performance, and compatibility in varied environments.Develop and execute test plans to ensure thorough coverage of system requirements and features.Perform release verification using both automated and manual testing techniques to confirm product readiness.Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with developers for swift resolution.Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and industry benchmarks.Analyze and report test outcomes, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.YOUR PROFILEProficiency in testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.Strong understanding of system architecture, debugging, and performance assessment methodologies.Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Hands-on experience in test automation using frameworks such as Selenium.Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java, Python, JS.Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git).Familiarity with SQL and ability to perform queries for data validation.Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREPractical benefits: private medical care with Medicover with additional packages (e.g., dental, senior care, oncology) available on preferential terms, life insurance and 40+ options on our NAIS benefit platform, including Netflix, Spotify or Sports Card.Enjoy hybrid working model that fits your life - after completing onboarding, connect work from a modern office with ergonomic work from home thanks to HO package (including laptop, monitor, and chair).
