Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEWe are seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to lead a critical wind turbine manufacturing project in Nador, Morocco. This is a 6-month contract position with excellent long-term prospects within our organization. Upon successful completion of this project, you will be relocated or assigned to another project with a hybrid work model in Portugal.In this role you will play a key role in:Leading the industrialization process for a new wind turbine manufacturing plant, with specific focus on blade production processes from molding to finishingDeveloping efficient production workflows and optimizing tooling requirements to enhance manufacturing efficiencyIdentifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process to improve efficiency and qualityImplementing measurement systems and quality control processes to ensure adherence to specificationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing processesYOUR PROFILEEngineering degree with 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering2-3 years of specific experience in blade manufacturing processes and composite materialsDemonstrated knowledge of composite blade manufacturing tools and proficiency with tooling design softwareHands-on experience with measurement tools, assembly line equipment, and ERP/MES systemsStrong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to optimize manufacturing processesExcellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teamsFluency in English required; French language skills are a plusWHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
