Job Description Vaga para atividade presencial na planta de Gravataí/RS. Atividades: Implementar projetos de construção civil na unidade de Gravataí/RS; Contratar, definir requisitos e aprovar projetos executivos de construções prediais; Coordenar a execução das obras garantindo que os projetos sejam executados dentro do prazo, com baixos custos e com qualidade; Garantir a implementação dos projetos com segurança garantindo a integridade física dos colaboradores diretos e indiretos; Administrar contratos complexos de prestação de serviços de construção civil e obras; Trabalhar em time com engenheiros de outras modalidades e áreas funcionais na definição de requisitos de projeto e estratégias de implementação. Importante: Incluir o seu currículo atualizado no momento da aplicação na vaga. Requisitos Mandatórios: Formação Completa em Engenharia Civil; CREA Ativo; Ao menos 3 anos de experiência; Domínio Pacote Office; Conhecimento avançado em Autocad e Revit; Inglês intermediário; Experiência em projetos e execução de obras e capacidade de elaboração, análise e aprovação dos projetos executivos de construções: Estruturas metálicas e de concreto, Fundações, Drenagens e Infraestrutura civil, Pavimentos e Arquitetura; Disponibilidade para viagens durante todo o ano; Disponibilidade para trabalhar em turnos e finais de semana, quando necessário; Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente na planta de Gravataí/RS. Requisitos Desejáveis: Conhecimento técnico na área de engenharia civil; Capacidade de trabalho em equipe; Gerenciamento de tempo; Resolução de problemas; Desejável inglês avançado.
