Job Description Modelo de trabalho: Híbrido Responsabilidades: Suportar a execução técnica da equipe, definindo padrões de desenvolvimento e práticas de engenharia; Projetar, evoluir e manter a arquitetura dos sistemas com foco em escalabilidade, segurança e resiliência; Conduzir o roadmap técnico e participar da priorização e estimativas de esforço; Revisar código e assegurar boas práticas, testes automatizados e entregas de alta qualidade; Gerenciar integrações entre plataformas low-code e serviços hardcoded; Atuar como ponto focal técnico para decisões estruturais e governança de APIs; Mentorar desenvolvedores e apoiar o crescimento técnico do time; Participar de fóruns internos de inovação; Colaborar com Product Owners, UX/UI Designers e stakeholders; Apoiar estratégias de monitoramento, telemetria e observabilidade. Requisitos mandatórios: Formação em Ciências da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas da Informação e áreas correlatas; Inglês avançado; Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento (front-end, back-end ou full stack); Conhecimento avançado em arquitetura distribuída, microserviços e APIs; Experiência com cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP) e DevSecOps; Domínio de práticas ágeis e pipelines CI/CD; Experiência com plataformas low-code e integrações corporativas; Proficiência em Git, automação de testes e qualidade contínua; Capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão técnica. Requisitos desejáveis: Experiência na área de tecnologia.
