Job Summary:  Burger King is advancing its ambitious “Reclaim the Flame” initiative — a systemwide effort to accelerate sales growth and strengthen Franchisee profitability through investments in restaurant technology, kitchen equipment, and modern restaurant design. The Senior Analyst, Operations Innovation plays a pivotal role in driving these initiatives forward through structured project management and execution excellence . This position supports the coordination, tracking, and delivery of multiple innovation projects — ensuring alignment across internal teams, vendors, and franchisees. Reporting to the Director of Digital Operations Innovation , the Senior Analyst oversees project timelines, milestones, and communications to ensure that each initiative is executed efficiently and meets Burger King’s high standards for performance, reliability, and safety. The role combines analytical rigor, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to bring new Physical equipment & Digital operational enhancements from ideation to systemwide implementation — supporting Burger King’s ongoing mission to modernize operations and improve profitability at scale. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. Roles & Responsibilities: Track multiple Operations innovation and deployment projects from ideation through implementation. Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Coordinate testing and pilot programs, ensuring data-driven evaluation and consistent reporting. Prepare and deliver project recaps, presentations, and executive summaries. Partner with Operations, QA, Food Safety, Culinary, Digital & Technology, and Franchise Operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Facilitate communication between internal teams, suppliers, and franchisees to align on objectives, testing outcomes, and implementation plans. Gather field insights and translate operational feedback into actionable recommendations. Compile, analyze, and visualize data from pilots to assess performance and ROI. Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports for senior leadership. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in equipment and digital operations initiatives. Take detailed meeting notes, distribute action items, and maintain project documentation. Provide timely updates and project recaps to cross-functional stakeholders. Support the preparation of leadership decks, franchise communications, and training materials. Skills & Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in project management, operations, or process improvement — ideally within a QSR or foodservice environment. Bachelor’s degree Strong analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accountability. Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint required, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com) is a plus.
