Ready to make your next big professional move? Join us on our journey to achieve our big dream of building the most loved restaurant brands in the world.    Restaurant Brands International Inc. is one of the world's largest quick service restaurant companies with nearly $45 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 32,000 restaurants in more than 120 countries and territories. RBI owns four of the world's most prominent and iconic quick service restaurant brands – TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES®, and FIREHOUSE SUBS®. These independently operated brands have been serving their respective guests, franchisees and communities for decades. Through its Restaurant Brands for Good framework, RBI is improving sustainable outcomes related to its food, the planet, and people and communities. RBI is committed to growing the TIM HORTONS®, BURGER KING®, POPEYES® and FIREHOUSE SUBS® brands by leveraging their respective core values, employee and franchisee relationships, and long track records of community support. Each brand benefits from the global scale and shared best practices that come from ownership by Restaurant Brands International Inc. As the Director of Supply Chain & Operations for the TH CPG Team, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution for Tim Horton’s Consumer Packaged Goods business across the U.S., Canada, and International markets. This role is pivotal in scaling our operations to meet growing global demand — integrating planning, logistics, vendor strategy, and supply chain resilience under a single vision. You will own the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, lead a high-performing cross-regional team, and serve as a strategic partner to Finance, Legal, Commercial, and Innovation teams. You’ll balance day-to-day operational excellence with long-term transformation — driving efficiency, agility, and sustainability across our supply network. RBI follows a 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Candidates should be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week. What You’ll Do: Strategic Leadership & Planning Lead and own the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, including demand consensus, supply planning, scenario modeling, and executive governance. Define and implement the global supply chain strategy, aligning U.S., Canada, and International operations to corporate growth and profitability goals. Drive governance and accountability across the end-to-end planning cycle, ensuring financial integration and data-driven decision-making. Present supply chain strategy, performance insights, and risk mitigation updates to the executive leadership team. Network Design & Operations Oversee the full operational network: inbound freight, customs, 3PL logistics, and distribution across all geographies. Evaluate and evolve the supply chain network footprint to optimize cost, service, and flexibility. Ensure inventory optimization and alignment between demand and supply plans, identifying risks and executing mitigation strategies. Lead contingency and resilience planning, including seasonal rotations and temperature-controlled / non-ambient product management. Vendor & Partner Management Serve as the primary relationship lead for key suppliers and logistics partners across regions. Input on high-value global contract negotiations, ensuring favorable commercial terms, risk protection, and long-term supplier development. Champion supplier scorecarding and capability development programs. Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance, commercial governance, and contractual integrity. Performance, Cost & Risk Management Own and manage the supply chain P&L elements: cost-to-serve, inventory carrying cost, and logistics performance. Define and monitor key supply chain KPIs (OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory turns, cost per unit, fill rates). Lead risk management frameworks for supply continuity, global trade, and regulatory compliance (e.g., customs, USMCA). Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives across planning, logistics, and manufacturing partnerships to improve agility and efficiency. Technology, Systems & Digital Transformation Sponsor the digital transformation of supply chain systems, including planning tools and automation platforms. Standardize processes and data visibility across geographies to enable proactive, data-driven management. Partner with IT and analytics teams to implement tools that support advanced forecasting, scenario modeling, and network optimization. Talent Development & Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a global team of 4 direct reports, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence. Design and execute succession and capability development plans to strengthen the supply chain function. Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and geographies, ensuring consistent processes and shared goals. Innovation & Business Partnership Partner with the Innovation and R&D teams to ensure supply readiness, risk mitigation, and cost modeling for new product launches. Act as a strategic business partner to Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, ensuring supply chain alignment with business objectives and trade-off management between cost, service, and growth. Sustainability & Compliance Embed ESG and sustainability principles into supplier selection, packaging decisions, and logistics practices. Ensure compliance with environmental, import/export, food safety, and trade regulations across all regions. What You’ll Bring: 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or procurement within CPG, food, or manufacturing sectors. Proven success managing multi-geographic operations across the U.S., Canada, and international markets. Deep expertise in IBP / S&OP ownership and end-to-end supply chain planning. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and deliver cross-functional alignment. Strong financial acumen and analytical capability; able to model, analyze, and optimize trade-offs between cost, service, and inventory. Experience in global logistics, customs, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership presence with ability to develop teams and present effectively to executive leadership. Advanced Excel and ERP skills (SAP preferred); experience with planning, analytics, or visibility platforms a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Commitment to fostering sustainability and continuous improvement across the supply network. Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness. We offer unique and progressive benefits, including a comprehensive global paid parental leave program that supports employees as they expand their families, free telemedicine and mental wellness support.
