Job Description Híbrido - 02 dias de Home Office Esta oportunidade permitirá o conhecimento dos diversos processos de RH, identificação das oportunidades, priorização, mapeamento e melhorias. Atividades à serem desenvolvidas : Auxiliar nas atividades de confecção e acompanhamento de orçamento em nível regional; Acompanhando a busca, organização, análise e demonstração de dados; Buscar nas diferentes bases os dados, cruzá-los e analisá-los para que seja possível organizar tais dados em informações que sejam relevantes e úteis para a tomada de decisão estratégica em RH; Mapear processos de RH identificando oportunidades de melhorias com redução de tempo/custo; Suportar a gestão de contratos de RH; Acompanhar a gestão dos contratos de RH, especialmente os contratos da área médica monitorando emissão de notas fiscais e dando seguimento para o pagamento em dia dos fornecedores; Suportar a gestão dos projetos de RH; Suportar o líder do projeto no plano de recuperação caso o projeto esteja atrasado. Pré-Requisitos : Estar regularmente matriculado(a) em curso de bacharel em Engenharias, Matemática ou Administração; Previsão para conclusão entre Julho ou Dezembro de 2027; Conhecimento em Pacote Office, gestão de projetos e Power BI; Inglês e Espanhol Intermediários.
