Job Description Híbrido: Esta posição exige que esteja presencialmente 3x na semana (terça a quinta) em São Caetano do Sul. O que você irá fazer (responsabilidades): Consultoria e assessoria tributária a diversas equipes corporativas (finanças, compras, vendas, marketing, manufatura etc.) a fim de auxiliar no entendimento da melhor carga tributária, riscos e benefícios potenciais; Suporte a projetos com foco em eficiência tributária e redução da carga tributária – apresentação das alternativas legislativas e respectivos cálculos de suporte; Preparação e análise de consultas, regimes especiais e demais documentos necessários para apresentação às autoridades fiscais / agências competentes; Revisar e monitorar os processos estabelecidos pela empresa para obtenção de eficiência tributária e redução de riscos fiscais; Monitorar a legislação tributária e fornecer orientação dos impactos ao negócio e operação; Análise e interpretação da legislação vigente com estudos e ações estratégicas para redução de despesas tributárias, recuperação de crédito e otimização de fluxo de caixa; Suporte a equipe de Contencioso na preparação de controles relacionados aos riscos tributários; Estudos e implementação da Reforma Tributária; Suas Competências e Habilidades (Qualificações Necessárias): Graduação completa em Administração, Direito ou Ciências Contábeis E xperiência em consultoria tributária Disponibilidade para atuar de forma hibrida em São Caetano do Sul O que pode lhe dar uma vantagem competitiva (Qualificações de preferência) Experiência em Big 4 Pós-Graduação ou Especialização na área tributária Inglês a partir de intermediário
