Job Details: Job Description: Seeking a candidate for a Product Quality and Reliability Engineering Manager position in the Altera Penang Quality and Reliability Engineering organization. Directs a team of product quality and reliability engineers and manages their functions, activities, and responsibilities for product development & qualification, manufacturing quality, supplier quality management and quality management system of the company. Applies expertise in product quality and reliability and failure analysis processes, tools, methods, and testing best practices to guide product and design teams and improve quality standards and targets. Collaborates with cross functional teams to remove barriers, monitors the outgoing quality and reliability, and ensures the product continues to meet established specifications and customer expectations. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling company  values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.   Qualifications: Master’s Degree/ Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Micro-Electronic, Material Science, Computer engineering, Physics or related field. Deep technical product quality and reliability knowledge with strong leadership in inspiring, guiding and enabling team members to do their best work in alignment with organization goals, strategic thinking on long-term planning, prioritization & business alignment, technical problem-solving skills, and organizational acumen.
