Ce que vous ferez En tant que spécialiste des opérations de transport, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour assurer des opérations efficaces, économiques et ponctuelles. Vos responsabilités incluront : Optimiser les dépenses de transport : Gérer les budgets, analyser les coûts et suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) afin d’améliorer l’efficacité financière. Gérer les fournisseurs et transporteurs : Assurer la gestion de notre prestataire de services de transport tout en servant de lien entre le MSP, l’équipe commerciale et le réseau des centres de distribution. Maintenir et développer des relations avec nos transporteurs clés en organisant des bilans trimestriels de performance (QBR). Coordonner les expéditions complexes : Superviser les expéditions hors du cadre du prestataire de services gérés (MSP), y compris les mouvements 3PL, les transferts d’actifs, les composants de production, les matières premières entrantes, les produits finis et les retours. Collaborer avec les équipes : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et les fournisseurs externes pour garantir une livraison sans faille et l’excellence opérationnelle. Soutenir les initiatives stratégiques : Collaborer avec les équipes d’approvisionnement global, de sourcing stratégique en Amérique du Nord, des opérations et des fonctions corporatives pour aligner les stratégies de transport sur les objectifs de l’entreprise. Ce que vous apportez Formation : Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente). Expérience : 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en transport, logistique ou opérations de chaîne d’approvisionnement. Connaissance des réglementations et exigences de conformité en matière de transport en Amérique du Nord. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des systèmes de gestion du transport (TMS) et des plateformes ERP (p. ex., SAP, Oracle). Compétences avancées en Excel et expérience avec des outils d’analyse de données (Power BI, Tableau). Certifications (atout) : APICS CSCP, CTL ou certifications similaires en chaîne d’approvisionnement. Compétences clés : Solides aptitudes analytiques et de résolution de problèmes, axées sur l’optimisation des coûts. Excellentes compétences en négociation et en gestion des fournisseurs. Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités et à respecter des délais serrés. Compétences interpersonnelles : Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en mobilisation des parties prenantes. As we continue to transform our operations, we are looking for a Transport Specialist to join our team and help optimize transportation processes across the region. What You’ll Do As a Transportation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and timely transportation operations. Your responsibilities include: Optimize Transportation Spend: Manage transportation budgets, analyze costs, and track KPIs to drive financial efficiency. Vendor & Carrier Management: Manage our transportation service provider while being the conduit between the MSP, commercial team, and the DC network. Maintain and develop relationships with our key carriers holding QBR on performance. Coordinate Complex Shipments: Oversee shipments outside the Managed Service Provider (MSP) scope, including 3PL movements, asset transfers, production components, inbound raw materials, finished goods, and returns. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence. Support Strategic Initiatives: Partner with Global Procurement, North American Strategic Sourcing, Operations, and Corporate functions to align transportation strategies with business goals. What You Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience: 3–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations. Familiarity with North American transportation regulations and compliance requirements. Technical Skills: Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau). Certifications (Preferred): APICS CSCP, CTL, or similar supply chain certifications. Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on cost optimization. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
