Job Details: Job Description: We are seeking a motivated student to provide administrative and project support to individuals or teams of varying sizes. Responsibilities include: Drafting, composing, and proofreading correspondence using current office software. Managing systems for secure retention, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of confidential information. Scheduling and coordinating meetings and events, including logistics. Organizing and maintaining calendars for managers and/or departments. Arranging travel and preparing expense reports. Maintaining office supplies and tracking departmental headcount and spending. Managing recognition programs and serving as a resource for policies, procedures, and office software applications. Conducting research, performing data analysis, and preparing reports or recommendations. Handling copying, collating, sorting, and distribution of materials. Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a recognized academic program (undergraduate). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common office software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Comfortable working independently and as part of a globally dispersed team. Analytical skills for research and data analysis tasks. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
