Job Description Essential Responsibilities: ・国内医療環境として今後加速する施設のグループ化及びGroup purchase の拡大に対し、迅速に状況を把握し、ターゲット顧客（法人、共同購入組織）ごとの成長Plan策定を行う ・医療業界のミクロ/マクロ環境情報等を分析し、攻略すべきターゲット（法人、共同購入組織）を選定する。また既存顧客のみならず、今後参入してくるであろう新規企業及びファンドに対するアプローチも重要な責任範疇となる ・各SBUと連携し、担当顧客が無意識に抱えている課題解決を実践する戦略的なパートナーシップを構築する。担当法人本部CxO（理事長、会長、社長クラス）との強固な関係構築を行い、GEヘルスケア・ジャパンのプレゼンスを高めることも求められる ・担当法人において、中心となる病院keyマン（院長、事務長、看護部長）とのダイレクトな人間関係を構築し、全SBUの代表となり顧客との折衝を行い、法人内でのGEインハウスシェア向上及び関係する施設への好影響を伝播すべく活動する。また各年度のSBU毎の受注及び売上ターゲットの達成に共同貢献する責任を持つ ・拡大する共同入札/共同購入組織に対し、既存の販売モデルにこだわること無く、新しい販売モデルの企画/策定/提案を実践する   Required Qualifications: ・社内外の関係者/関係部署を巻き込む円滑なコミュニケーション能力、包容力 ・営業促進を図るためのキャンペーンなどの知識、企画力 ・病院経営・財務諸表に関連する実践的基礎知識を有し、合わせて医療業界における法規・コンプライアンス情報を常に習得していること ・主に国内の出張が可能であること   Additional Information: ・常に先を予見する知的好奇心を持たれていること、新しい企画に挑戦できる前向きさ Preferred Qualifications: ・日常会話以上の英語力 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
