Learn more about Sg2 at  www.sg2.com Summary: In this role, you will join our MarketPulse team, helping to commercialize the largest medical device and pharmaceutical purchase data sets for life science companies and financial services firms. You will enrich, manage integrity, analyze, and deliver insights with our data, then present the data findings to internal and external audiences. Responsibilities: Manage large datasets that are fundamentally subject to variation due to purchase idiosyncrasies, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis. Synthesize and translate analytical and research results into clear and compelling recommendations. Create and manage weekly knowledge mapping to ensure completeness, and thereby the accuracy of the data to ensure its usefulness to medical device and pharmaceutical customers. Utilize project management methodology to guide work efforts and projects to deliver insightful data analysis. Troubleshoot data discrepancies and help implement solutions. Develop, build, and maintain relationships with internal colleagues and key customers. ​ Qualifications: Relevant degree in a technical or quantitative discipline preferred. Master’s degree a plus. 5 or more years of relevant work experience required. Experience analyzing large and complex datasets that are challenged by variation and require synthesis is required. Skilled at drawing unique insights from healthcare spend data in Manufacturing or Pharma required. Expert skills at translating complex technical language clearly and concisely to the level of the audience is required. Experience working with supplier as well as economic healthcare data sets preferred. Solid communication skills, proven collaboration skills, and the ability to learn from experience and from the team is essential. Proficient programming experience using Python/R/SQL is preferred. Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet client needs and timetables. Estimated Hiring Range: At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00. This position is also incentive eligible. Vizient has a comprehensive benefits plan!
