Stagiaire Support des Ventes (ADV) – IDEXX En tant que stagiaire en support des ventes, vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique et internationale, où vous contribuerez activement à l’efficacité de l’activité commerciale. Vous apporterez un soutien opérationnel à l’équipe Sales et participerez à la bonne gestion des dossiers clients via nos outils internes, en particulier SAP. Vos missions Pendant votre stage, vous serez impliqué(e) dans : La création, la mise à jour et le suivi des commandes clients dans SAP . Le support administratif à l’équipe commerciale dans le traitement de leurs dossiers clients. La participation à la production de reportings de suivi d’activité. L’amélioration continue des outils et processus de support aux ventes. Votre profil Étudiant(e) en commerce, gestion ou administration. Rigueur, organisation et sens du détail. Bon relationnel et goût pour le travail en équipe. Maîtrise d’Excel et aisance avec les outils informatiques. Une première expérience sur SAP ou un ERP similaire est un atout. Anglais indispensable dans un environnement international. Ce que nous offrons Une immersion dans un environnement commercial stimulant et collaboratif. L’opportunité de développer vos compétences en support aux ventes et en gestion de dossiers clients. Une expérience concrète sur SAP , outil largement utilisé dans les environnements internationaux. Informations pratiques Stage de 5 à 6 mois à temps plein, débutant en novembre/décembre 2025. Basé à Saint-Denis, avec un mode de travail hybride (bureau + télétravail). Convention de stage obligatoire (inscription universitaire requise). Ce stage n’est pas adapté pour un mémoire de fin d’études.
