Health and safety management Monitor incidents of injury, illness, and other situations within an assigned NMAP TC area Investigate environmental accidents and other health & public safety concerns and establish the counter measure Ensure the operations are followed company system, comply with occupational health & safety management system and safety rules/regulations. Recommend appropriate protective equipment that workers should wear while carrying out tasks Develop and maintain environmental measurement and monitoring programs, evaluate workplace environments to ensure compliance with EHS standards and regal requirements. 2. Safety Training management Identify and develop relevant training programs for company employee and management Organize and implement any training/activities related to risks and safety and ensure the training for all employees based on safety legal & other requirements Enhance safety related knowledge of employees and contractors to ensure their understanding of safety risks in their work and enable them to properly manage the risks in their daily work 3.
