Working Location:  Nissan Manufacturing Plant 2 , Bangna-Trad KM.22, Samut Prakarn, Thailand Hiring Condition:  Permanent Job Description: Time study in all production to confirm capacity & %work efficiency as standard time, machine capacity, cycle time etc. Responsible for optimizing the Headcount productivity standard and its sustainability to promote efficient labor and factory utilization. Provide industrial engineering concept analysis to improve productivity and cost reduction. Optimization of the process flow concept in production (LEAN, Value Added/Non-Value Added analyzes) Monitor manufacturing cost reduction KPIs and drive improvement activities. Be Leadership and Organizer of productivity improvement activity. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related. Process optimization, Workflow analysis and Lean manufacturing Kaizen methodologies. Cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations, and management Strong analytical thinking, Adaptability and continuous improvement mindset, Project management.
