For time spent in the field with customers we provide a company car. This role provides the opportunity to build relationships and have a high level of customer engagement. We are looking for a sales professional with a background in outside sales, cross selling, upselling, renewals, and longer sales cycles. Ideal candidates are located within Cleveland/Akron, Ohio, but we will also consider candidates from the suburban areas. What you'll do here: Build and maintain outstanding relationships with customers in the Irvine and Fullerton area, including 2-year and 4-year schools. Engage in cross-selling, upselling, renewals, and managing longer sales cycles. Successfully implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Provide flawless customer service and support using a company car for field visits. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a world-class customer experience. Skills you will need here: Proven experience in outside sales with an ambitious and determined approach. Strong background in cross-selling, upselling, and renewals. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of collaborators. Ability to compete and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.  Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. $52,000.00 - $67,600.00 USD
