Job Description Summary We are looking for a seasoned data analyst with 5+ years of experience in data analytics developing sophisticated, automated dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of data architecture, the ability to design and maintain complex dataflows and workflows, and experience in predictive modeling using Power BI. This role requires a fast-paced, agile approach to dashboard development, with a focus on delivering lean, high-performance solutions. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining dashboards within the AVS Finance digital ecosystem and incorporating Copilot-driven insights to enhance decision-making. Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy advanced Power BI dashboards with a focus on automation, performance, and user experience. Build and maintain complex dataflows, datasets, and workflows within Power BI. Develop predictive models and integrate them into dashboards to support forward-looking insights. Incorporate Copilot-driven insights to enhance dashboard interactivity and intelligence. Own the maintenance and enhancement of dashboards within the AVS Finance digital ecosystem. Implement lean and optimized dashboard development processes, to ensure speed and agility with changing customer requirements. Integrate Power BI with Power Automate and Power Apps for end-to-end automation. Utilize Power BI add-ins such as Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, and others to enhance development efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years of core experience in Power BI development. Strong expertise in data visualization, dashboard design, and predictive analytics. Solid understanding of data architecture and modeling (star/snowflake schemas). Proficiency in Power BI service, Power Query (M Language), advanced DAX, and dataflows. Working knowledge of Co-pilot, Power Automate and Power Apps. Good at leveraging Power BI add-ins like Tabular Editor, DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit and custom visuals development. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround expectations. Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in finance or enterprise reporting environments. Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Data Analytics. Experience in SQL, for querying and managing data from relational databases Familiarity with usage of Azure Data Services and Python for integration with Power BI to provide scalable data solutions, advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
