Job Description Roles and Responsibilities ・製造プロセスの設計、標準化、品質および生産性の改善 ・IoTやMESなどのデジタル技術、ソフトウェアを活用した生産体制の構築と安定化 ・生産データの収集・分析による課題抽出と改善提案 ・法規制、品質、安全、環境基準を満たすための技術的対応 ・設計、製造現場、品質保証部など関連部署との連携による課題解決 Required Qualifications ・工学系の大学卒業で設計または製造エンジニアとしての実務経験 (または、高卒で５年以上の経験) があり、製造プロセス（加工、組立、検査など）に関する知識がある。 ・IT/デジタル技術（例：データ分析、IoT、RPA、データベース、業務系システム等）に関する基礎的な知識と実務経験がある ・ソフトウェアコーディングの経験（例：Python, Java script, Php, C# など。深い知識は不要）。 ・製造現場、技術部門などの社内関係者と日本語による円滑なコミュニケーションができる。 ・英語によるメール対応等、基本的なコミュニケーション能力（読み書き中心） Desired Characteristics ・現場課題に対してIT/デジタル技術を活用した改善経験がある。 ・海外との技術的なやり取りやプロジェクト推進経験 ・Lean Manufacturingの知識 GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
