Location(s): Aguascalientes Job Schedule: Full-time, Hybrid Education Requirement: High School Diploma Shape the Future of Mobility at Nissan: Launch Your Career, Drive Innovation We are currently looking for a NCF Account Services Analyst to join our team in Aguascalientes Identifies and helps resolve issues, interacts with various contacts, and identifies opportunities for improvement.  Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth. A Day in the Life: Responsible for monitoring all consumer, dealer and vendor correspondence handling and response including insurance tracking, insurance total loss and Quebec loan billing.     Verifies all documentation (e.g. release, correspondence, accounting items, statement of accounts, etc.). Letters are confidential and contain detailed information and accuracy must be verified.      Monitors all adjustment processing on loans or leases, due date changes, rewrites, loan auditing, credit bureau updates, transfers of equity, substitutions, parking tickets, extensions and banking information changes and all other account adjustments and changes. Monitors the processing of all retail and lease payoffs, terminations, customer payments, insurance collections on physical damage and total loss, return items, account research, account adjustments, bills of sale and Gap Claims. Who We’re Looking for: High School Diploma Advanced Office Knowledge Time-management skill Analytical skills and have an eye for detail and accuracy Customer service orientation Strong written and verbal communication Advanced English Level. Ability to perform work onsite at Aguascalientes.
