Job Description Roles and Responsibilities • 顧客訪問（ オンサイト）で、顧客に対して製品トレーニングを効果的 に 実施する • 適切なフォローアップ訪問や コール対応 を通してのコール対応、 営業 ／ 営業技術／ サービスと協力しての CS 問題 を解決する • ユーザーズミーティング等を通して、インストールベースの顧客満足に貢献する • インストールベース顧客の要望を吸い上げ、開発へのタイムリーなフィードバックを行う • 営業／営業技術 と協力し、自モダリティメンバーの技術的、臨床的専門性の最大化に貢献する • 営業／営業技術／マーケティング と協力し、新製品導入のスムーズな立ち上げに貢献する • 重点インストールベース顧客へのサポートによる自社製品の評判向上や、製品デモンストレーション・プレゼンテーション等により自モダリティ製品の販売促進に貢献する • 必要に応じて 商談 ミーティングに参加し、アプリケーションの立場から顧客ニーズの把握、差別化等に貢献する • インストールベース顧客からの画像収集等を通じて、効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用、セミナーを通して、市場で新 製品の インパクトの最大化に貢献する • 医療系学会、技術大会にて会社を代表し、製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝する • One GE として他のモダリティ、超音波 、 LCS 、 SV を含む社内メンバーと協力し、顧客に対するソリューション活動に貢献する Required Qualifications • モダリティに関する臨床及び経験、あるいはアプリケーションスペシャリストとしての経験が 3 年以上あること • 出張が可能 であること • 品質問題等の難しい環境下において、様々な相手とのコミュニケーション経験があること • 複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力 があること Desired Characteristics • 診療放射線技師もしくは臨床検査技師の資格を有すること • 企業 や病院 でのマトリックス組織 における 就労経験 があること • 組織のあらゆるレベルに対して、周囲の人々を鼓舞し、信頼関係を構築する能力 があること • 英語によるコミュニケーション能力 • 業務上の車を運転する場合については、必要な範囲において、運転記録の調査に従うこと GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
