Job Description Business Process Analyst – Process Center of Excellence Role Overview: Business Process Analyst is a strategic and operational partner responsible for shaping and optimizing GE HealthCare’s global business processes. This role sits at the intersection of process architecture, data-driven analysis, and digital transformation. By combining deep expertise in process design with strong analytical capabilities, the Analyst drives improvements that enhance efficiency, compliance, and value realization across the enterprise. Working within the Process Center of Excellence, the Analyst collaborates with Global Process Owners, IT, Data & Analytics, and functional teams to ensure that business processes are well-documented, standardized, and aligned with organizational goals. The role also supports the deployment of process mining tools, automation initiatives, and change management efforts, helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Core Responsibilities: Design, document, and standardize end-to-end business processes using BPMN 2.0 Maintain the GE HealthCare process architecture framework, taxonomy, standards, and reference models Conduct process assessments and analyses to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities Lead and support implementation of new processes, systems, and automation initiatives Administer and configure process architecture tools (e.g., Celonis) Ensure process documentation quality, compliance, and alignment with SC&S standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, AI/ML, Finance, and Data & Analytics Monitor process performance, maturity, and data evolution; report actionable insights Promote process culture, governance, and standardization across the organization Organize and deliver BPM training sessions to build internal capabilities Support change management and communication related to process initiatives Lead or contribute to communities of practice to foster collaboration and innovation Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 3+ years of experience in business process management, process analysis, or transformation roles Hands-on experience with BPM tools and process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis) Familiarity with data models, IT systems, and enterprise architecture Experience in Supply Chain & Services processes is highly desirable Strong understanding of process governance, standardization, and continuous improvement methodologies Knowledge: BPM principles, methodologies, and tools Process architecture and mining Business process alignment with data and IT systems Financial acumen and value engineering Skills: End-to-End Process Design & Standardization (BPMN 2.0) Business analysis and problem solving Process mining and intelligence Clear communication and documentation Stakeholder engagement and influence Lean management and continuous improvement Abilities: Strong analytical thinking and innovative mindset Strategic vision and enterprise-wide perspective Cross-functional collaboration and operational excellence Ideation, concept development, and change agility Key Performance Metrics Number of processes designed, standardized, or modified Number of process assessments or reviews performed Quality of process design and documentation (% compliance) Value realized from process improvement or automation initiatives Participation in process community of practice (trainings, consultations) Timeliness of BPM platform administration requests #LI-AO1 #LI-HYBRID Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
