Job Description Hovedoppgaver: Personaloppfølging av lærlinger og innleide operatører i kontrollrom Ansvar/Oppfølging av utplasserte elever, rekruttere nye lærlinger Bidra til utarbeidelse av produksjonsplaner Lede med prioritet på HMS og kvalitet i eget område Tett samarbeid med stabs- og støttefunksjoner i området Bidra til å opprettholde Lean i avdelingen Delta i daglig drift med planlegging, tilrettelegging og bistå vedlikeholdskoordinator i området. Utføre risikovurdering sammen med utførende. Utskrive nødvendige arbeidstillatelser, foreta gassmålinger og entring og ta LOTO-utkolinger i produksjonsområdet ved behov. Delta i Commisioning i ulike faser av prosjekter og følge opp og tilegne seg kunnskap ved å følge igangkjørt utstyr. Forventede kvalifikasjoner: Fortrinnsvis lang erfaring, fagbrev kjemi-prosess/teknisk fagskole God kjennskap til produksjonsprosesser, fortrinnsvis Iohexol Lederegenskaper Å sette HMS og kvalitet først i det daglige arbeidet er en forutsetning Beherske bedriftens IT-verktøy, LIMS, Vault, TWD, SAP m.m. Opptatt av kontinuerlige forbedringer og initiativrik God samarbeidsevner og nøyaktighet Kjennskap til utstyr og prosesskontrollsystem i avdelingen Trives med nye utfordringer og varierte oppgaver. Praktisk anlagt og med god teknisk innsikt. Vilje og evne til tverrfaglig samarbeid.
