The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting with project coordination. Your Impact Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and manage communications. Organize and maintain files, records, and office supplies. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist in the organization of company events and activities. Successful Candidate Will Have High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
