The Business Analyst will lead data-driven initiatives to improve operational performance and support strategic decision-making. Your Impact Analyze complex datasets and operational trends. Build dashboards and present insights to leadership. Drive continuous improvement projects. Successful Candidate will Have Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field. 4 - 6 years of experience in data analysis or operations. At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $51,800 - $95,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay Range: 51800 - 95000 Annual The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for this role.
