Denne personen vil inngå i staben i C14 og bidra til at avdelingen lykkes med målsetninger innen HMS, drift, kvalitet, produktivitets-forbedringer og prosjektgjennomføringer. Job Description Hovedoppgaver Oppfølging av «troubleshooting» i løpende produksjon, prosess og styresystem. Gjennomføre og dokumentere prosessendringer.  Feilsøking, problemløsning, risikovurdering og dokumentasjon av avvikshendelser. Lede/delta i prosjekter. Bidra ved teknologivalg og tekniske prosessløsninger ved behov. Bruk av avanserte analyseverktøyer for å ivareta fokusområder som HMS, kvalitetsikring (GMP), Digitalisering og Lean. Samarbeide med andre relevante avdelinger og funksjoner på anlegget. Ønskede kvalifikasjoner Master/sivilingeniør/ingeniør fortrinnsvis innen kjemi/prosess, men andre relevante fagretninger kan også vurderes Erfaring fra prosessindustrien er en fordel, men nyutdannede oppfordres også til å søke. Kompetanse/ interesse for dataanalyse og bruk av statistisk analyseverktøy. Trives i et hektisk og allsidig arbeidsmiljø. Selvstendig med gode samarbeidsevner og vilje og evne til tverrfaglig samarbeid. Evne til å motivere, være proaktiv og løse oppgaver selvstendig.
