Job Description Summary Provides administrative and executive support within an enabling discipline. This role impacts the quality of individual work and contributes to the overall performance of the team. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead the implementation and integration of new systems to enhance operational efficiency. Assist customers with inquiries regarding after-sales service product pricing, provide quotations, and deliver related business support. Support sales representatives in handling administrative tasks related to after-sales service sales operations. Organize, archive, and track departmental documents, ensuring timely responses to customer requests. Process shipping documents, orders, and related system transactions accurately. Maintain and update customer contact information. Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors and provide back-office support for customer service operations. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high-quality service experience. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing). ERP or CRM systems knowledge Desired Characteristics Strong goal-oriented mindset with excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines while ensuring quality. High numerical sensitivity and strong logical thinking skills. Quick learner with attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and fast response capability. Proactive and self-motivated, willing to take on challenges. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
