Job Description CT製品の商談発掘からクロージングに至るまで、ISSと連携して顧客との強固なビジネス関係を構築する 詳細な製品知識とその顧客アウトカムである臨床的・経済的ベネフィット、製品ポジショニング、バリュープロポジション、ソリューション情報を有し、それらを使ってプレゼンテーション等での効果的な差別化を行う チーム全体の知識力向上のために、その知識やスキルをタイムリーにチームメンバーにシェアする セールスプロセス上の早期ステージを含む各ステージにおいて、ISS/BSL/ZLと連携し、ジョブ全体のストーリーを理解した上で、ジョブ戦略を検討、次のアクションを提言し実行する 現場の放科Dr, 臨床科Dr、放射線技師、CXO、事務との関係構築を行い、重要な決定権者の特定、そのニーズを探り、他社との差別化を含めた提案をする 担当製品、ソリューション戦略、その他提供物に関して、競合他社の動き、市場の動き等に応じて、ISSに対し適切なトレーニングを実施する 現場や競合のデータから市場トレンドを分析しエリアでの戦略を策定、ISS/BSL/ALを巻き込んで実行に移すと共に、常にその振り返りを行い、次のアクションに繋げる ISS/BSL/ALと連携して、担当ブロック、製品においてのKOLとのネットワークを構築する プロダクトマーケティングやフィールドマーケティングとともに、効果的なセールスツールの作成やその使用、セミナーを通して、市場でNPIのインパクトを最大化する 医療系学会、技術大会にて会社を代表し、製品・ソリューション、会社を宣伝する 常に顧客の臨床的ニーズを模索し、One GEHCとして横断的に社内メンバーと協力しCare Pathwayに沿った顧客へのソリューション提供を行う ・ Required Qualifications ・CTモダリティーに関しての専門知識を有し、診療放射線技師の経験、あるいはCT営業技術またはCT営業としての経験が3年程度以上あること ・戦略的な取引、交渉を含めた営業等の経験があること ・Sales等のプロセスにおける問題解決の過程において、外部および組織チームメンバーをつないだ経験があること ・複雑な問題の本質を把握し、ポイントをシンプルに伝えられるコミュニケーション能力があること ・担当地域内を出張が可能であること ・業務上の自動車運転が可能であること GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
