Job Description Summary The Business Operations Junior Specialist is responsible for first class service contract/warranty process execution and EOSL process execution; data entry into the database for assigned area. The Business Operations Junior Specialist ensures timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services, quality and integrity of the customer contracts, accuracy, correctness, and up-to-date completeness of the operational mechanism processes. Business Operations Junior Specialist acts as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Commercial Operations, Service Delivery, Field Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to contract and warranty administration. Business Operations Junior Specialist provides administrative and analytical support for Business Operations Leader. Job Description Responsibilities: Contracts and/or warranties data entry into the tools and systems used by the company W2W process execution control Timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services Closing documents preparation Archiving of documents Service Letters process management Providing support in other tasks related to business operations Qualifications/Requirements Completed higher education Proficient in use of MS Office with speed and accuracy Intermediate English or up Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills, attentive to the details Ability to balance multiple priorities Ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines, getting work right first time GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
