Job Title:  Software Developer Location:  Sofia, Bulgaria - Hybrid Employment Type: Full time The job  In our product development process, the software developer is a very important role. The Software developer writes and maintains code within CAD applications and systems to implement capabilities and features, improve performance and maintainability, while reducing technical debt in alignment with product and technology roadmaps. The Software developer plays a role in Agile planning, providing advice and guidance, and monitoring emerging trends. Key responsibilities   Conduct accurate estimation of software tasks Provide valuable feedback throughout all stages of the development lifecycle Utilise advanced Microsoft technologies, including C#, .NET Core, and F# Manage application across all layers: database, business logic, services, and public APIs Design and implement essential software components Essential requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software development using .NET Knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework) Experience in building REST APIs Understanding of relational databases and SQL Experience in desktop application development Adequate understanding of the .NET platform Familiarity with key principles of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Ability to work effectively within a team Bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related field Good communication skills in English Desired skills and competencies Exposure to Linux and GitHub Actions Willingness to learn new technologies (for example, modern web languages such as TypeScript) Understanding of front-end technologies, including JavaScript, AngularJS, and other web-related frameworks ETAP requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
