Job Description Essential Responsibilities 造影剤セールス・スペシャリストとして、担当accountとの継続的且つ効果的なパートナーシップ構築の企画・立案・実行をリードする。 - Precision Medicineに関する知識と視点を持ち、臨床・教育・研究において、顧客の課題とニーズを探求し、関係強化を図る。 - チームメンバーと連携し、学会、研究会等、顧客との活動を支援し顧客満足の最大化を図る。 - 顧客にとって重要となる技術、情報の提供を通して、顧客の臨床・研究・教育活動に貢献する。 - 顧客とのパートナーシップにより、市場全体での成果を高め、ビジネスの成功に貢献する。担当製品 - CT/MR/超音波造影剤 Qualifications / Requirements 担当ＭＲとして - 顧客対応スキル - ソリューションセールススキル - 問題/課題解決策の策定スキル - 関連製品・臨床スキル - ＰＣ活用スキル必要条件 - 製薬もしくは医療機器、ライフサイエンスの経験が5年以上 - ＭＲ資格を有する。（または有した経験） - 卓越したコミュニケーション能力を有する。（傾聴・理解力、対話促進力、プレゼンテーション力） - 戦略を成果につなげるための環境の醸成を含めた実行力と行動力を有する。 - 関連論文読解力（専門的な用語理解を含む）を有する。 Desired Characteristics - 製薬、医療機器、ライフサイエンスの経験が10年以上 - 画像診断装置及び造影技術・造影剤に関する知識を有する。 - 大学/ナショナルセンターの担当経験を有する。 - 英語スキルを有する。 - Microsoft Officeの知識、およびPCのスキルを有する GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
