Job Description Summary GE HealthCare is a global leader in medical technology, pharmaceutical diagnostics, and digital solutions, helping clinicians improve care and patient outcomes worldwide. We are looking for a Marketing Regulatory Trainee to support the International Marketing & Marketing Communications (MarCom) team. In this role, you will provide administrative and compliance‑related support by creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and ASTs (a compliance process required to document, approve, and track marketing activities in line with regulatory and company guidelines.), following up on invoices, and coordinating related activities across multiple regions. The role requires a high level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a proactive mindset, as it involves working with strict regulatory and internal compliance processes. This is a 1‑year fixed‑term position, ideal for candidates currently enrolled as a student who are looking to gain hands‑on experience in an international, regulated environment. Job Description Main Responsibilities Create and manage   POs (Purchase Orders) , ASTs (compliance processes), and related follow‑up activities for International Marketing & MarCom teams   Ensure compliance by accurately documenting, approving, and tracking activities.   Coordinate translation activities with international agencies, ensuring   timely   delivery and effective sharing of translated content with Marketing teams.   Support the validation and upload of marketing materials into regulatory platforms.   Qualifications/Requirements Currently enrolled as a student   in Business, Marketing, Communications, or   related fields .   Fluent English   (spoken & written)   required   due to cross‑regional collaboration;   German is a plus   Strong communication   skills   Strong   attention to detail   with   a high level   of accuracy in administrative and documentation‑heavy tasks   Ability to work in a   structured, rule‑based environment   and strictly follow defined processes   Proactive mindset: comfortable   asking questions, following up, and chasing open items   Flexibility,   Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a   fast‑paced,   changing   environment   Comfortable working   remotely   while collaborating closely with global stakeholders   Inclusion and Diversity GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
