We are a  multi-national  company with locations in 10 countries, with each location contributing to Proofpoint’s amazing culture!       Job Title: Program Specialist   - Operations – Contingent Workforce and Vendor Programs   Employment Type:   Full-time   Overview   The Program   Specialist   will   be responsible for   driving operational excellence across the company’s contingent workforce and vendor programs. This role will ensure smooth daily operations, process consistency, and data-driven decision-making across vendor partnerships, the Professional Employer Organization (PEO), and contingent worker lifecycle management. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and operational skills with an ability to improve systems and processes.   Key Responsibilities   Manage daily operations of the contingent workforce program, ensuring   timely   onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with policies and procedures.   Serve as a primary operational liaison between internal stakeholders, staffing vendors, and the PEO to ensure seamless worker engagement and issue resolution.   Maintain program documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures.   Support data accuracy, reporting, and analytics to drive program visibility, performance insights, and compliance monitoring.   Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Procurement teams to streamline workflows, standardize policies, and ensure consistent experiences across all engagements.   Oversee vendor invoicing, purchase order tracking, and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and budget adherence.   Assist   in vendor performance reviews by collecting metrics and operational feedback.   Contribute to system enhancements, including vendor management systems (VMS) and internal HR tools.   Monitor regulatory and policy compliance across all contingent workforce operations.   Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Business , Operations, HR, or   a related   field.   5+ years of experience in program operations, HR operations, or vendor management.   Working knowledge of contingent labor models, PEO arrangements, and workforce compliance.   Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.   Proficiency   in VMS tools, data systems, and reporting platforms .   Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills.   Preferred Skills   Experience supporting multi-country or large-scale workforce programs.   Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and operational initiatives     Why Proofpoint     Protecting people is at the heart of our award-winning lineup of cybersecurity solutions, and the people who work here are the key to our success.  We’re  a customer-focused and driven-to-win organization with leading-edge products—and many exciting reasons to join our team.
