This role currently follows a hybrid work model. Work arrangements may evolve based on future business needs What you’ll do Work with a team of engineers to deliver feature set that are crucial to Revenue growth. Be a part of a world class global organization. Push the bar to solve complex technical challenges of scale and performance. Architect, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance backend services and APIs using NodeJS. Design and setup NOSQL databases and Search index required for end-end API flows. Provide mentorship to engineering peers and uphold high standards in code quality and development practices. Champion modern, maintainable infrastructure aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of experience in API development. Expert Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, NodeJS, Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS industry with hands-on experience with public cloud offerings (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure) Experience in relational or noSQL DB such as Dynamodb, Search technolgoes such as OpenSearch, Graph DB. Must be able to pick up new backend technologies as the need arises. Must be familiar with API standards and frameworks. Knowledge to evaluate trade-offs based on cost, risk, effort analysis. Practice in mentoring other engineers and influencing decision makers throughout the organization Consideration of customer impact when making technical decisions Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd Substantial experience with AI/LLM driven use cases Experience in Code AI tools to gain productivity in coding. Eg. Copilot, Windsurf etc Good problem-solving skills Ability to work in a distributed team environment. Good written and spoken communications skills are crucial Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
