This person will have the primary responsibility of recruiting, onboarding and coaching new Proofpoint SDRs to provide a progressive learning path to sales focused on core competencies including prospecting, time management, organization and product knowledge. This individual will be a coach who has a deep understanding of how to overcome common obstacles and has a passion to teach others how to become a top performer. The design on this team is to be a world class training ground for new hires before stepping into an assigned territory. Your day-to-day Lead BDR team responsible for outbound prospecting and setting qualified opportunities Lead weekly meeting reviews with BDR team as well as 1:1’s Measure and continually find ways to improve process and performance-Challenge status quo Communicate with sales leadership to ensure the BDR team is meeting pipeline expectations Work with marketing to create and implement programs Coach team in use of Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo Maintains a culture of accountability, hard work, and innovation for themselves and their team What you bring to the team 3+ Years of experience leading high-performing sales development team 2+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS Experience with Salesforce.com and Outreach.io #LI-AN2 Why Proofpoint?
