In this back‑end support role, you’ll be the steady hand behind critical communications, incident documentation, and smooth operational workflows. What You’ll Do • Be the first line  of support: Respond to employee inquiries about workplace incidents, travel, and operational issues — and drive proactive outbound follow‑ups, escalations, and compliance checks. • Turn complexity into clarity: Draft, log, and escalate detailed incident reports with accuracy and urgency. Practices empathetic active listening to capture customer needs and deliver flawless process execution. • Keep operations running cleanly: Ensure data is accurate, up‑to‑date, and ready for forecasting, performance tracking, and compliance needs. • Shape better processes: Identify improvement opportunities, contribute ideas during team reviews, and help tighten operational efficiency. • Grow and share knowledge: Stay ahead of process updates and new functionalities while actively contributing to team learning. • Maintain operational excellence: Keep process documents, escalation matrices, and contact rosters aligned with ISO and audit standards. • Work smart with the right tools: Use enterprise platforms and mobile apps to track and report incidents. • Tell the story with data: Generate periodic reports on trends and system performance while supporting audits and executive reporting. • Collaborate for impact: Partner with internal teams to drive smooth, timely resolution of issues. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
