Job Description Support CPM on channel partner lifecycle management and performance review. Conduct monthly sales order self-check by reviewing order samples, identifying the risk areas, and summarizing findings and recommendations. Work as the primary contact for sales-related audit programs, ensuring transparency and responsiveness to audit findings; work with cross-functional teams to develop remediation plans in response to audit findings. Review, monitor, and evaluate all FTO orders and bid agency authorizations to ensure compliance with Agilent requirements and eliminate risk exposure. Assist the Sales team in contacting FTO to complete the KYC process using the online KYC tool. Analyze third-party KYC profiles, financial standing, order reports, and legal status, including credit and export control checks, to understand the role of third-party companies in Agilent order transactions and identify potential risks to Agilent. Manage escalations and coordinate with Sales, Compliance, and Legal teams to review transactions. Keep management and all stakeholders informed of progress and status in a timely manner. Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide guidance and advice on process enhancements or deliver effective resolutions to ensure operational compliance with Agilent guidelines. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Minimum of 4 years' experience in order management, process analysis, compliance, project management, finance or a related field. Knowledge of Agilent compliance policies and requirements, especially for sales and channel partner compliance areas. Deep understanding of business partners' needs and capabilities of aligning plans with business strategies. Result driven, and strong execution capabilities. Demonstrated capabilities of collaborating cross functions. Strong problem-solving skills for complex issues. Project management skills are a plus. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
