Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden zijn: • Actief deelnemen aan de productie van GC-kolommen • Volgen van standaardprocedures (SOP's) voor het vullen en assembleren van chromatografiekolommen • Voorbereiden en hanteren van chemicaliën, oplosmiddelen en materialen die in de productie worden gebruikt • Bedienen en onderhouden van productieapparatuur en laboratoriuminstrumenten • Bewaken van procesparameters en uitvoeren van controles tijdens het productieproces om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen • Nauwkeurig documenteren van productiestappen, batchgegevens en afwijkingen • Nauw samenwerken met teamleden om de dagelijkse productiedoelstellingen te behalen • Naleven van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen Qualifications Wij zoeken een kandidaat met het volgende profiel: • MBO-niveau 3 of hoger onderwijs in de richting laboratoriumtechnologie, analytische chemie of gerelateerde praktijkervaring • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (spreken en schrijven) is vereist , Engels is een pre • Ervaring met of kennis van GC is een pluspunt • Vaardig in het werken met laboratoriumapparatuur en productietools • Sterke aandacht voor detail en gericht op kwaliteit • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden • Flexibel, teamspeler, maar ook in staat zelfstandig te werken • Kan goed werken in een gestructureerde, procesgerichte omgeving Op persoonlijk vlak ben je nauwkeurig en detailgericht, heb je een sterke werkethiek en een productiegerichte instelling. Je beschikt ook over goede communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te communiceren met zowel interne als externe partners.
