For our office in Dordrecht, The Netherlands, we are looking for a: Quality Controller (m/f) (Fulltime | 40 hours) As Quality Controller, you ensure the quality, safety, and correct assembly, installation, and finishing of generator sets through inspections, testing, and final acceptance checks of our Test Bench. You are physically involved with our products in the workshop and testbench: preparing test setups, performing measurements and visual inspections, evaluating test results, and releasing products for delivery or installation. This role focuses on hands-on quality assurance within the production and test environment, including the formal assessment of quality deviations. You provide operational guidance to test personnel and take responsibility for safety, test accuracy, and overall product quality. In this role, you will: Prepare and verify test setups, inspection plans, and measurement points based on technical and customer specifications Perform visual, functional, and performance testing of engines and generator sets Measure, analyze, and assess test results against quality standards and customer requirements Document results and formally approve or reject products for delivery or installation Support corrective actions and drive continuous quality improvements in collaboration with production, testing, and engineering teams Your Qualifications Experience with internal combustion engines (gas/diesel), generators, or comparable installations Skilled in using measurement and test equipment, technical documentation, and quality records Practical and accurate working approach with strong attention to detail and safety Strong communication skills, able to clearly report and explain quality findings Willingness to perform occasional on-site inspections Proficient in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; German is an advantage What we offer Competitive salary: €4.300 – €5.500 gross/month Profit-sharing scheme & 8% holiday pay 27 vacation days + 13 ATV Solid PME pension plan Company laptop & phone Fitness program & wellbeing support Wide learning and career development opportunities within a global engineering brand Work with passionate colleagues in a scale-up environment backed by Rolls-Royce,  combining innovation speed with global engineering excellence.
