Job Description Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie bei uns: Als Pricing Manager (m/w/d) arbeiten Sie direkt mit der Business Unit und dem Sales Team zusammen, um eine kundenwertorientierte Preispositionierung zu unterstützen. Die Rolle ist von entscheidender Bedeutung zur Erfüllung unseres Fünfjahresplans, indem sie Marktinformationen umfassend nützt und dadurch unsere Preisposition verbessert. Um das volle Potenzial und das kollektive Wissen auszuschöpfen, arbeiten Sie mit vielen Stakeholdern im gesamten Unternehmen zusammen und bauen ein starkes funktionsübergreifendes Netzwerk auf. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Pricing-Modellen und -strategien Monitoring der Preise im Wettbewerb und Analyse von Preisentwicklungen Kontinuierliche Überwachung der Preiserhöhungen, Rabatte und Sonderangebote Monitoring der Branchentrends und Weiterentwicklung der Pricing-Instrumente (nach KBCs) Konsolidierung des Pricing-Know-Hows auf Basis aktueller Projekte und Einzelheiten (z. This role is critical to achieving our five-year plan by leveraging market insights to strengthen our pricing position. To unlock full potential and collective knowledge, you will collaborate with many stakeholders across the organization and build a strong cross-functional network.
