As a Senior Cash Collection Specialist , you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth financial interactions and building trust with our clients across Italy. If you’re looking for a role that blends autonomy, collaboration, and purpose, this is your chance to make a real impact.   What will you be doing? You’ll be part of a close-knit team, reporting to the Team Manager OTC Italy, and managing your own   low, medium, and high complexity portfolio of accounts .   Your day will be a mix of customer contact to collect outstanding debt: via phone, email and in-person visits, with around 20% of your time spent travelling to public and private hospitals across Italy.   You’ll follow a collections strategy, reconcile accounts, identify payment received and work closely with internal teams to resolve disputes and support customers in settling invoices. Your role will be key to maintaining strong relationships and ensuring financial health across the business.   What will you need to be successful? Success in this role means being proactive, organized and customer focused. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently while collaborating across departments to solve problems and drive results. 2–3 years of collections experience in an international environment, ideally with public sector clients Minimum B2 level of English required Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills, plus SAP experience is highly valued Strong communication and prioritization skills, with a curious mindset and a drive to learn A valid driving license Knowledge of accounting is required University degree is a plus   You.
