Service Marketing Intern – Emerging Market Service Division   Life Unlimited. At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. We are looking for a Service Marketing Intern to join our Emerging Markets Service Organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in service portfolio management, install base analytics, and marketing campaign execution across multiple geographies. As a Service Marketing Intern, you will support our commercial service growth strategy and collaborate with teams across Marketing, IT, Sales, and Operations. What will you need to be successful? Build simple dashboards (Excel/Power BI) to track the service install base. Prepare data for monthly and quarterly service performance reviews. Maintain and update the Service Portfolio catalog and contract tiers. Support SKU documentation, pricing updates, and product lifecycle tracking. Benchmark competitor service offerings and summarize key insights. Create customer-facing presentations and internal strategy decks. Assist with marketing campaigns (emails, flyers, events) to promote service offerings. Track and report on campaign performance and lead generation. Monitor key KPIs such as Turnaround Time (TAT), First-Time Fix Rate (FTFR), and rental growth. Support process mapping and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement. Assist in compiling service training materials for Sales and Distributor teams. Help coordinate virtual and in-person training sessions across the Emerging Markets region. Successful candidates would need the following: Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics , or a related field. Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, data cleaning) and PowerPoint . Experience with Power BI or Tableau is an advantage. Knowledge of AI and no-code tools is a plus. You.
