スミス・アンド・ネフューはグローバルに展開するメディカルカンパニーです。 怪我や病気で健康を損なわれた患者様の生活の質を取り戻すため、日々努力を続けている医療従事者の皆様を自社の製品やサービスを通じサポートしています。 オーソぺディックス事業部 （Orthopaedics Division）は、整形外科領域における関節置換術（人工関節）や外傷治療（トラウマ）などに対応する製品とソリューションを提供する部門です。最新のロボティクス技術と低侵襲手術（MIS）を組み合わせ、医療の質向上と患者の早期回復を支援しています。 ＜募集エリア： 千葉、 茨城＞ 職務概要 与えられた予算を達成する為、既存顧客の院内シェアを上げ、新規顧客での製品採用を狙う。 また、個人の目標達成のみならず、チームの達成の為に協力をする。 Smith & Nephew製品を一人でも多くの顧客に知ってもらい使用して頂く為に常に新しい考え方や行動を取り入れて営業活動を行う。 1- 予算/利益目標の達成 2- 自社製品とその販売スキルに関する十分な知識習得とCertification test合格 3- 報告・連絡・相談の徹底 4- 業務課題実行の推進 5- OPEX・営業経費の有効活用・業務効率向上【利益意識の徹底】 6- コンプライアンスを遵守した営業活動の実施 7- マネジャーを補佐、営業の模範として周囲のメンバーへのリーダーシップの発揮（SSR 対象） 主要職務 1- 予算/利益目標の達成 既存施設、新規獲得施設を分類しそれぞれについて予材管理を行い、新規施設での製品採用計画、目標額を明確にする 月ごと、四半期ごとに目標設定の進捗を上長と確認し予算を必ず達成出来る計画を立てる 顧客とも常に良好な関係を構築し、製品への理解を深めて頂き多くの製品を使用してもらう 特約店と良好な関係を構築し、販売促進に繋げる 2- 自社製品とその販売スキルに関する十分な知識習得とCertification test合格 常に最新の製品情報や他社情報集に努め常にスキル向上を図る 製品ごとに行う Certification test に合格し、知識を営業活動に活かす 3- 報告・連絡・相談の徹底 日々活動日報報告し情報を共有する 現場で起きたトラブルは隠さず直ぐに上長へ報告する 4- 業務課題実行の推進 ローナー/コンサイメント在庫の効果的な運用、管理を行う 棚卸しの期日までの完了 5- OPEX・営業経費の有効活用・業務効率向上【利益意識の徹底】 営業活動に係る経費（サンプル経費・営業活動経費）を予算内で有効に活用する 在庫運用（サンプル、長期貸出し、コンサイメント、修理代替器運用）についてもOPEXとの関連を考え運用する 旅費週報提出ルール順守 6- コンプライアンスを遵守した営業活動の実施 全ての営業活動は業界、社内の規約に則って行われ例外は無い事を理解し実践する 社内Webトレーニング期日までの受講と遵守 臨床試用書・立会確認者・貸出確認書の取得遵守 交通法規遵守 7- セールスマネジャーを補佐、営業の模範として周囲のメンバーへのリーダーシップの発揮 District・支店・営業所内の重要施設を複数担当する 営業の範たるべく、例として営業部平均の10％を上回る予算を持ち結果を出す 事業部の目標である新規施設攻略（継続採用）を営業部長の認める施設で年間複数施設で行う 人財育成（新人の育成や勉強会を企画・実施など） One Smith&Nephew としての営業活動を主体的に行う 職務要件 出張: - 国内外（ドクターのアテンド等で海外出張の可能性あり） 学歴・免許・資格: - 必須：学士号、普通運転免許 経験: - 必須：営業職経験（目安として2～3年以上） - 望ましい：医療業界での営業経験、医療従事者経験（放射線技師、臨床工学技士など） その他（専門知識など）: - 望ましい：　Excel / Word / PowerPoint の基礎知識 コンピテンシー (求められる行動特性）: - 目標達成に向けての前向きな考え - チームワークを意識した行動 - 常に最新の医療知識を習得しようとする向上心 - 製品を販売するだけでなく医療人としての思想、行動 Stay connected by joining our Talent Community .
