Own and manage the global product backlog, ensuring structured intake, prioritization, and refinement of requirements and user stories. Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap and release plan aligned to clinical value, customer needs, and business strategy. Provide product direction across design and development, approving UX flows and validating delivered work against user needs and regulatory expectations. Lead release planning and readiness decisions with engineering and program teams. Align cross-functional teams around clear product priorities while synthesizing customer, clinical, and market insights to guide evidence-based decisions. What will you need to be successful? BS or BA degree in Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years Proven experience in product management within digital health, medical devices, or health technology. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and regulated product environments. Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead without authority. Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Location: Andover, MA or East Coast and willing to travel to Andover 50% You Unlimited. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
