Your role will span planning, forecasting, and influencing commercial outcomes across Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, and Advanced Wound Management. What will you need to be successful? Success means being a trusted advisor who combines financial expertise with commercial acumen. You’ll challenge assumptions constructively and guide decisions that create value. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: A degree in Finance, ideally complemented by an MBA or postgraduate certification At least 10 years of experience in a corporate finance environment or practice setting Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders at all levels You.
