We are currently expanding our Global Hybrid Cloud Center of Excellence and seeking a talented and experienced Hybrid Cloud Governance Lead to join our team in Wrocław, Poland. This is a unique opportunity to work within a growing, high-performing team and deepen your expertise across multiple cloud disciplines. The Cloud Governance Lead is responsible for defining and maintaining a unified documentation and governance framework across AWS, Azure and on-prem environments. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements, supports audit readiness, and drives consistency in cloud governance practices globally. What will you be doing? Establish and maintain standardized documentation processes for Cloud and on-prem environments. Define governance policies and ensure alignment with organizational standards and regulatory frameworks (SOX, SOC2, HIPAA, HITRUST, GxP, etc). Coordinate compliance activities and evidence collection for internal and external audits. Collaborate with cloud engineering, security, and risk teams to ensure accurate documentation and governance adherence. Implement version control and lifecycle management for all COE documentation. Monitor regulatory changes and update governance and documentation practices accordingly. Act as a liaison between auditors and technical teams during compliance assessments. Drive adoption of governance and documentation standards across global teams. What will you need to be successful? A comprehensive understanding of cloud services across AWS, Azure, and on-prem environments, coupled with the ability to apply governance and security models effectively in a global context. In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX, SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, and GxP, with proven experience in coordinating audit processes and managing evidence collection for regulatory assessments. Demonstrated expertise in cloud governance and documentation management, including implementing version control and lifecycle practices using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and Git-based repositories. Strong organizational and communication skills that enable collaboration with engineering, security, and risk teams, while driving adoption of governance standards across geographically dispersed teams. The capability to monitor regulatory changes proactively and adapt governance and documentation frameworks accordingly, ensuring continuous compliance and alignment with internal and external requirements.
