Do Smith+Nephew poszukujemy specjalisty/ki w zakresie zamówień publicznych oraz umów, który dołączy do naszego zespołu. Jako Tender Specialist/ Specjalista ds. Przetargów będziesz odpowiedzialny/a za zarządzanie całym procesem przygotowywania ofert z zakresu zamówień publicznych oraz weryfikacji umów. Na tym stanowisku będziesz najważniejszym punktem kontaktowym w sprawach przetargowych, a także zawartych umów z klientami. Obowiązki: Wstępna selekcja przetargów, monitorowanie platformy przetargowej z ukazujacymi się ogłoszeniami i współpraca z działem handlowym w celu zapewnienia możliwości rozpoczęcia procedury przetargowej. Współpraca z pozostałymi działami firmy i prowadzenie korespondencji z zamawiającym w ramach prowadzonych postępowań przetargowych. Koordynacja całego procesu przygotowania, kompletacji dokumentacji i składania ofert przetargowych oraz monitorowanie i odpowiedzialność za terminowe składanie wymaganych dokumentów zgodnie z SWZ oraz standardami S+N. Prowadzenie i aktualizowanie „bazy przetargowej”. Nadzór nad prawidłowym obiegiem dokumentów. Archiwizacja umów i dokumentów przetargowych. Monitorowanie, przygotowywanie i dbanie o aktualizację dokumentacji podmiotowej i przedmiotowej. Weryfikacja treści zapisów umownych, aneksowanie umów przetargowych. Proste tłumaczenia dokumentów przetargowych. Sporządzanie raportów, prezentacji podsumowujących z prowadzonych postępowań i innych raportów zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem Spółki. Oczekiwania: Poczucie o dpowiedzialności, terminowość, dokładność oraz dbałość o szczegóły Konsekwencja i wytrwałość w realizacji postawionych celów oraz rzetelność w wykonywaniu powierzonych zadań. Dojrzałość w zarządzaniu czasem pracy i świetne umiejętności organizacyjne Wykształcenie wyższe oraz min. 2 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomość Prawa Zamówień Publicznych oraz komunikatywny język angielski będą dodatkowym atutem.
