<<Job Purpose>> Responsible to support training manager on training implementation to achieve training objective & ensure its quality and effectiveness for sales force. <<Key Responsibilities>> Coordinate the training preparation (training material / testers / tools / refreshment / venue set up / participants' list...) to ensure Chanel image & high quality standard are better achieved. Maintain / Update training material of Fragrance based on the information given by head office & regional office. Review & , translate & localize the training materials Deliver/facilitate training for all BA such as: - Basic School (Fragrance) for new BAs. - Refresher training - New products Conduct the training / promoter’s training for duty free Chanel BAs or generic staffs. Integrate the result of followings into training and coaching solutions: - Customer satisfaction survey - Mystery shopper program
